Before you book your service, please read the following policies:​

• Our normal turnaround time is 1-4 business days based on workload. This turnaround time only begins once all necessary information is provided by our client.​

• We MUST BE PAID IN FULL before any design is started.​

• Clients are entitled to 3 FREE ADJUSTMENT SESSIONS after confirmation of design. Once all free adjustment sessions are used up, there will be an additional cost charged at $1,500 JMD.​

• Express/ Rush Services are available at an extra cost upon full payment.​

• All drafts are sent with a watermark.
